Hi, I'm Tamara, a personal trainer, a mom,
39 years old.

I started Women's Personal Training because I believe every woman deserves to be the leader of her own fitness journey tailored to her unique body, goals, lifestyle and lived experiences.

My mission is to support women in the process of building a stronger, healthier and more resilient body and mind to help them weather life’s ups and downs and continue saying yes to doing the things they love for years to come.

I believe in the power of physical fitness to connect us to our inner strength and emotional resilience.

Using compassionate coaching and the knowledge and experience I accumulated in the past decade, I provide my clients with a safe, supportive and non judgmental space to achieve their health and wellness goals. 
 

​​​Movement had helped me maintain my physical health when I needed to manage gestational diabetes during pregnancy.

 

It helped me reconnect with my body in a positive way after childbirth and after suffering a miscarriage.​

 

It had been the anchor to my mental wellbeing when I lost my mother.

 

My passion for fitness goes beyond just achieving goals; it's about embracing life fully—playing with my daughter, exploring the outdoors, remaining independent in everyday tasks.
